6 month bespoke coaching for career reinvention

Career Orienteering™ is a thoughtfully designed, six-month career reinvention coaching journey for women at a deeper career crossroads. It’s for those who know that what they want isn’t just a new job or a quick decision. Instead, they want a realignment of their relationship with work, self, and purpose.

Over roughly twice-monthly one-to-one coaching sessions (with flexibility for life’s ebbs and flows), plus 3 guided Focusing sessions, we create a spacious, trusted container to explore who you are now, what truly matters, and how to design a future that fits your whole life.

Using my signature 4 Compass Questions, we engage in deep self-enquiry combined with practical exploration of your options.

The Compass Questions for Conscious Career Reinvention:

  • Who am I? This relates to your on-going connection to your inner source. Live, work, decide, and act from this deeper place of self-trust, self-understanding, and self-leadership.

  • What matters now? Get clear about what you want and why you’re here. Decode your skills and talents. Understand what’s calling you, and why.

  • What is my right path? Develop and design the next stage of your career journey. New job? Complete career rethink? Make decisions and take action towards your next chapter in work
