A quiet midweek pause
Life can start to feel like a blur of responsibilities, decisions, and noise, especially when you’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else.
The Reclamation Yard is a small, steady pause in the middle of the week. A place to drop your shoulders, breathe, and find your feet again.
It’s part grounding, part reflection, part quiet nourishment.
What happens
I’ll be bringing selected guided practices and invitations from Focusing, Thinking at the Edge, nervous system regulation, the Deep Feminine, and more
We’ll alternate (week about) between two spaces:
✦ Landing Place: clear your head, ground in your body, and tune in. A space for settling, earthing, shoulder-dropping, jaw-releasing, and coming back to presence. Includes guided attunements, light breathwork, and somatic arrival practices to help you find ease and presence in the midst of a busy week.
✦ Resourcing Space: explore a carefully chosen short poem or passage of writing as a spark for reflection and reconnection. A kind of “micro-bookclub” of inspiration, nourishment, and a jumping-off point (if you like) for your own writing, journaling, or deeper reflection.
Each session leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more present, carrying a sense of calm, focus, and inner guidance into the rest of your week.

Supporting a wider cause
Between now and Christmas, half of all Reclamation Yard proceeds will go to the Crisis at Christmas appeal (Crisis is a UK charity helping people rebuild their lives after homelessness.)
It feels like the right thing to do: a small act of reclamation in the wider world, while we each take time to reclaim something of our own.

Cost: £8 per session
Replays: audio replay available for 7 days
You’re welcome to drop in whenever you need, or come each week and let it become your midweek ritual.
Sessions will be 30 minutes (possibly extending to 40 minutes depending on how much discussion emerges. All guided parts will be within the 30 minutes so don’t feel like you have to stay longer.)
Why I’m offering this weekly reset
This is a quiet experiment I’m running through to Mid-Winter. Because this is a time of year when there’s a lot of noise. A lot of outward activity, and, often, an overload of feelings and emotions swirling around as the days get shorter and we head towards Christmas. I want to offer a regular landing place in the middle of life. A space to reclaim what gets lost in the noise.
And I also want to try things out and experiment with bringing a variety of the short practices and resources I’ve gathered over the years to you in an informal, yet nourishing, setting.
